By accessing or using DonAI(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
DonAI is an AI-assisted marketing workspace that lets you generate images, video, and campaign assets, build projects on a canvas, and optionally publish generated content to third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube that you connect to your account.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
When you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube), you grant us permission to access that account and to publish content on your behalf in accordance with the permissions you approve during the connection flow. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the terms of service of each third-party platform.
You retain all rights to the content you create with the Service. By submitting content, you grant DonAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit, or that violates the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, in our sole discretion.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider and are subject to their terms. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We do not store your payment card details.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by DonAI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Content generated using AI is provided "as is". AI generation can produce inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable results. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DonAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which DonAI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
